As a former athlete and now mom of two, there are two things I refuse to compromise on:

I refuse to let my strength and athleticism go

I refuse to spend more time training that strength and athleticism than is necessary

Because of the goals I have and all the life tasks I'm responsible for, I have to stay strong, agile and confident and I don't have all day to make that happen.

To build lean muscle, decrease body fat and improve strength, a progressive strength training program is ESSENTIAL. Fortunately, you don't need to spend hours a day training in order to achieve that.

There is a difference between working out and training, and while a nice sweat sesh is AMAZING, it’s not necessarily the answer to building muscle.

To build muscle we must train all movement patterns, overload the muscles, account for our set, rep, rest and load schemes, and do so all without creating injury. Finally, you must commit to this philosophy - because like any good thing, building muscle takes time.

We do this all through what we call in the strength and conditioning world, “progressive overload”. We introduce this progressive overload in a periodized training program = WILDER STRENGTH.

Within WILDER STRENGTH I have taken care of all the thinking in your program. All you have to do is show up, commit to working hard for ~45 minutes, and don’t cheat your reps. ;)

What you will get when you commit to WILDER STRENGTH will only work to enhance the other activities you participate in.

I get it, you love running, you’d die without your cycling class, and heaven forbid you miss your group fitness class with your girlfriends. None of that is compromised here. You can have both. But you must understand that building lean muscle will not happen using 20lb dumbbells for the rest of your life.

  • 3 total body weight workouts per week (approximately +/- 25 min each) delivered in the True Coach app.

  • 2 conditioning workouts ~ 30 minutes in duration

  • Each workout includes mobility, strength and accessory work as well as a cool down.

  • An initial 60 minute onboarding call to discuss goals, equipment access, and establish benchmarks and assessments for progress.

  • Custom training program based on your goals and time to train delivered in the True Coach app.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Once you sign up for WILDER STRENGTH, you will receive an email confirmation rom me within 24 hours with all the program details and logistical information.

  • Recurring payments will be drawn on the date you signed up for the duration of your commitment until you indicate otherwise.

  • You will set up an account in True Coach which is where all of your workouts will be stored. At this time, you will be good to start training!

  • Your workouts are uploaded in phases lasting between 4 and 6 weeks. You will always receive an email the week before your next phase, detailing what to expect and the focus on the following phase.

  • WILDER STRENGTH is an annual program, designed to help you build lean muscle, strength and power. As such, you will want to commit to this program in its entirety to reap the most benefits. There is a month to month commitment and you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be given.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

WILDER STRENGTH programs are designed to be able to be done at home, as well as at the gym. However, if you are planning on training from home, you will want to have the following equipment available. Remember, the purpose of this program is BUILDING STRENGTH, so having access to some heavier equipment is ideal.

*Note, that most movements may be modified or subbed out if you don’t have a particular piece of equipment.
