
Hey there! My name is Katie and I am a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the NSCA, as well as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 (Pn1) Certified Coach.
I first fell in love with strength training while playing college basketball at Humboldt State University. I realized that the strength and power I built in the weight room not only made me a better basketball player, but improved my confidence exponentially, both on and off the court.
I decided I wanted to share the gift of strength training with other people, especially women, and show how it can truly transform not only your body, but your mind as well.
My coaching journey has taken me to many places across the country, in nearly every setting of the fitness industry you can imagine. From collegiate athletics to collegiate recreation, from coroporate wellness to elite box gyms, and from exclusive private fitness facilities to a world wide franchise.
The more people I have worked with, the more I have realized it’s less about the specific diet or training program someone uses that makes them successful, but more about finding a diet and program that the CLIENT prefers.
My goal working with predominately busy women who often have other obligations outside themselves is to find solutions for training and nutrition that meet their preferences, the demands of their life and that bring them JOY.
