PROGRAM DETAILS
Upon signing up for this semi-private coaching program with me, you will complete a nutrition and health questionnaire, along with a dietary recall. Once you've completed all necessary paperwork, we will schedule a time for our initial consultation. This consultation is 60-minutes in duration and addresses all things related to you and your personal goals. From then on you will have the opportunity to participate in group coaching calls where we’ll discuss various strategies and habits, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, troubleshoot nutrition and learn from others experiences. You have unlimited access to me via text and email. You can expect the following with your nutrition coaching:
Nutrition audit addressing your current deficiencies and areas of need to improve your nutrition
One 60-minute initial consultation to review nutrition audit, establish macronutrient goals and identify barriers to success
Bi-weekly 20-minute coaching calls to review new behaviors, troubleshoot pain points and continue implementing new habits and routines.
Daily check-in’s and feedback through app based software
Access to private coaching client resources
Habit-based nutrition strategies such as: meal planning/prepping, mastering hunger & fullness cues, emotional eating, building balanced plates, navigating social scenarios, and more.
