I know you are desperate for a sustainable approach to nutrition and a healthy life, so was I.
I grew up in the “diet decades”. Obsessed with logging my meals and snacks and sips of water in MyFitness Pal, everything was focused on food. When, how much, who’s watching. It wasn’t until I learned how to properly fuel my body, honor my internal hunger and fullness cues, and let go of restriction that I truly began to flourish in life.
I have found success not in creating perfectly balanced meals every single meal, every single day, but in remaining CONSISTENTLY IMPERFECT. Sounds crazy right? But hear me out.
I believe it’s about doing better most of the time. Perfection is great until you’re not perfect. Then what? If you’re anything like I was, then you would chalk it up to another failure, throw in the towel, rinse and repeat. And repeat. And repeat.
In this course I’m teaching you how to ditch the all or nothing approach to nutrition (and dare I say, your life) and how to embrace a much more gentle approach toward achieving your goals.

HOW THE COURSE WORKS
You may take as much time as you need to work through this course, as it will be available to you forever. I recommend tackling one module a week, to fully allow you to engage in community posts, implement the skills and tools we cover and keeping you on pace to get the most out of the group coaching element. You are provided a 50+ page workbook (that I encourage you print out) to help guide you through the course and allow you to dig deeper into the topics we’ll cover.
Each module has different lessons. Within each lesson there will be suggested “action items”. These are steps you can take to immediately create action in your life and steer momentum in the positive direction you crave.
This means, from the moment you open your first lesson you will have to opportunity to START LIVING THE LIFE YOU WANT TO CREATE. Put simply, this course is for action takers.

Does this course include a meal plan?
No. And yes.
Cookie cutter meal plans are good short term solutions but do not provide the tools necessary to create a sustainable solution for your nutrition goals. However, you will have the opportunity to curate your own CUSTOM meal plan that fits your preferences and the demands of your life. In this course you will learn how to build balanced plates that taste delicious to you and are simple to execute. Your life, likes, dislikes, loves are all unique to you, your meal plan should reflect that.
Is there a time limit to complete this course?
You can take as much time as you need to complete the course. You will have lifetime access to it, and any updates that occur to the course over the years. While you can take as much time to complete as necessary, only one module will be released per week. Each module will have action items that need to happen in order for you to actually implement the tools we’re covering.
Is this group coaching or 1:1?
This course is predominately ran independently. You will have the opportunity to participate in bi-weekly group coaching calls where we will discuss the various topics from the previous course modules. There is a VIP option to upgrade to weekly 1:1 check-in’s if you feel this support would benefit you in implementing the habits and skills covered in this course. You can learn more here.
Will I lose weight on this course?
While most clients who have learned how to properly nourish their body and reduce stress around food have experienced weight loss, others have found a completely different result in that they no longer care about weight loss being the primary goal surrounding their nutrition. While weight loss can certainly be achieved, after participating in this course you’ll realize losing weight is actually just a bi-product of being HAPPY with the routines and habits you’ve created. This is why it’s called Food Freedom, and why I am obsessed with offering this course.
